Remove a waffle and let it cool. Waffles may look undercooked at first, but do not worry, they taste delicious. Serve them with your favorite topping. I like to eat with no topping and cold.

Expert Tips

  • Do not substitute farmer cheese with cream cheese or cottage cheese. Farmer’s cheese is my secret ingredient in this recipe.
  • If your farmer cheese is very dry, add an extra 2-4 tablespoons of milk or heavy cream. If it’s very wet, add 1-2 tablespoons more flour until the batter is thick but pourable.
  • Waffles may look undercooked at first, but let them cool for a few minutes.
