Pumpkin Spice Crumbs
Pumpkin Spice Crumbs are made with gluten free flour and will be great addition for macarons or other desserts. This recipe is based on my basic Gluten Free Crumbs recipe.

How to make Pumpkin Spice Crumbs
Igredients needed fo this recipe
- gluten free flour. If you are doing to use pumpkin spice crumbs in gluten free dessert, use gluten free flour. All-purpose flour will also work for this recipe. Check Bob’s Red Mill flour.
- brown sugar. I used light brown sugar.
- unsalted butter. You can also use salted butter for this recipe.
- pumpkin pie spice powder. To make homemade pumpkin pie spice add 2 teaspoon grpound cinnamon, 1/2 teasppon ground allspice, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
- salt. Pinch of salt for taste.
Preheat oven to 300oF (150oC).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat. Melt unsalted butter and set aside.
In the mixing bowl whisk together flour, sugar, salt and pumpkin spice powder. Add melted butter and mix with the fork or spatula until clumbs form. Transfer mixture of pumpkin spice crumbs into prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Baked crumbs should be light brown. Let crumbs cool completely before using for desserts.
How to store
Store Crumbs in air-tight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Do not store in the refrigerator as crumbs may become moist.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup gluten free flour
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin spice powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300oF (150oC).
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat.
- Melt unsalted butter and set aside.
