How to Make This Recipe
In the small saucepan over medium heat warm up heavy cream. Do not boil.ย Remove the cap from the bottle of Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle and peel out the seal entirely. Place the Cake Drizzle bottle in the microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds. Secure the cap and shake the bottle.
Pour the Cake Drizzle into the mixing bowl or cup.
Add warm heavy cream into the mixing bowl with the Cake Drizzle.
Emulsify the ganache with an emulsion blender.
Cover the ganache with plastic wrap โto contactโ and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.ย
Remove plastic wrap from the ganache. Using a hand mixer, whip the ganache for a few seconds.
Transfer the ganache into a pastry bag with an open star piping tip. Use as desired. You can fill macarons with this ganache, decorate cupcakes, or cake.
