Ganache with Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle is smooth and has an amazing texture. This ganache is made with only two ingredients: Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle of your choice and heavy cream. It is a very stable ganache that can be used to decorate cupcakes, cakes, and fill macarons.

  • Heavy Cream: Do not substitute with half and half or milk.

How to Make This Recipe

In the small saucepan over medium heat warm up heavy cream. Do not boil.ย Remove the cap from the bottle of Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle and peel out the seal entirely. Place the Cake Drizzle bottle in the microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds. Secure the cap and shake the bottle.

Add warm heavy cream into the mixing bowl with the Cake Drizzle.

Cover the ganache with plastic wrap โ€œto contactโ€ and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.ย
