Instructions
How to Make Thick Hot Chocolate
In the saucepan add milk and warm up over medium heat.
Pour about ½ cup of warm milk into a cup and add corn starch. Mix well with the help of a spoon or small whisk.
Bring rest of the milk to boil over medium high heat. Remove from the stove.
Add chocolate to hot milk and mix well.
Add corn starch mixture and mix again. Make sure it is well dissolved in the milk.
Serve immediately, topped with your favorite garnishes or toppings.
