Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle of your choice 10 oz (283g)

Instructions
How to Make Ganache with Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle
In the small saucepan over medium heat, warm up heavy cream. Do not boil.
Remove the cap from the bottle and peel out the seal entirely from the Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle.
Place the Cake Drizzle bottle in the microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds.
Secure the cap and shake the bottle.
Transfer the Cake Drizzle into the mixing bowl or cup.
Add warm heavy cream and emulsify with a hand blender.
Cover the ganache with plastic wrap “to contact” and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Remove plastic wrap.
Using a hand mixer, whip the ganache for a few seconds.
Transfer the ganache into a pastry bag with an open star piping tip.
Use as desired. You can decorate cupcakes or cake with this ganache. You can also fill macarons with this ganache.

Use immersion blander to make ganache. This is an important step. Do not skip it.
