Chocolate Brownie Hearts
Chocolate Brownie Hearts are moist and delicious. They are baked in Silpat Mini Heart Tray and easy to make. Chocolate Brownie Hearts will be the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day or any other occasion.

1 stand mixer or electric hand mixer
1 pastry bag
Ingredients

unsalted butter

dark chocolate

granulated sugar

all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325
o
F.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter and chocolate. You can also use the microwave. Set aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Whisk together eggs with sugar for 3-4 min with a hand mixer.
Sift all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
Add the sifted ingredients to the egg mixture. Fold with a spatula until all combine.
Add melted chocolate with butter and mix again.
Fill prepared Silpat 28 Hole Mini Heart Tray.
Bake at 325
o
F for 12-14 min, or a toothpick inserted into the center will come out dry.
Let the baking tray cool, and remove the hearts to parchment paper.
Decorate Chocolate Brownie Hearts with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
Notes
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
If you need to melt a small amount of chocolate, you can melt it in the pastry bag.
