Heat oven to 350oF (175oC) line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Melt chocolate and unsalted butter in the microwave using 15-20-second intervals.
Combine eggs with sugar and whisk for 20 -30 seconds.
Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and combine with the help of a whisk.
Add dry ingredients, and using a rubber spatula, fold it in until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
Quickly, use a large ice cream scoop or two large spoons to drop the batter in balls onto your prepared baking sheet. Space your cookies at least two inches apart.
Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Immediately transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10 -12 minutes at 350oF (175oC).
Remove cookies from the oven and transfer the pan to a wire rack to cool.

Measure all ingredients correctly using a kitchen scale.Do not overbake cookies.
