Chocolate Brownie Hearts

Chocolate Brownie Hearts are moist and delicious. They are baked in Silpat Mini Heart Tray and super easy to make. Chocolate Brownie Hearts will be perfect treat for Valentine’s Day or any other occasion.

Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer or electric hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 100 gr unsalted butter
  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 180 gr granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 gr all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325oF.
  • In a small saucepan over lover heat, melt unsalted butter and chocolate. You can also use microwave. Set aside to cool for 10-15min.
  • Whisk together eggs with sugar for 3-4 min with hand mixer. 
  • Sift all-purpose flour and pinch of salt. 
  • Add the sifted ingredients to the egg mixture. Fold with spatula until all combine. 
  • Add melted chocolate with butter and mix again. 
  • Fill prepared Silpat 28 Hole Mini Heart Tray. 
  • Bake at 325oF 12-14 min or a toothpick inserted into the center will come out dry. 
  • Let baking tray to cool and remove hearts to parchment paper. 
  • Decorate Chocolate Brownie Hearts with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
