Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat.
In the mixing bowl sift all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
In the mixing bowl add brown butter and granulated white sugar. Using pedal attachment, beat for 10-15 seconds or untill all incorporated.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat again for 15-20 seconds.
Add dry igredients and mix until well combined. Dough should be soft but not sticky.
Using a ice cream scoop or cookie scoop, make dough ball with all the dough.
Roll balls in granulated sugar (optional).
Place balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until golden on the edges.
Allow cookies to cool on the wire rack.
