Dalgona Coffee with Baileys Liqueur

Whipped equal proportions of instant coffee, sugar and hot water and poured over ice-filled cup with milk and Baileys Liqueur.

  • 1 stand mixer or electric hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons hot water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • ice

Instructions

  • In an ice-filled glass combine milk and Baileys.
  • Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a mixing bowl.
  • Whip 1-2 minutes until mixture is creamy and thick.
  • Pour the whipped coffee over the Baileys and milk.
  • Enjoy!
