In the large bowl, mix together farm cheese, egg, white rice flour, powdered sugar (sifted) and pinch of salt.
You will need ¼ cup ice cream scoop with squeeze-release handle. Simply scoop some dough and place on the table (or cutting board), previously sprinkled with some rice flour.
Cover piece of dough with the glass or teacup and circle a few times. Then flip that patty and circle again.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add 1-2 tbsp oil.
Once skillet and oil are hot, place patties directly into the skillet. Saute until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side. Do not crowd the syrniki, cook them in 3-4 batches if necessary.
Transfer to a plate and serve with fresh berries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
